SGLH Trustees are delighted to announce that a recent application to The Mushroom Trust to fund the role of Conservation Adviser was successful.  The Mushroom Trust’s charitable purposes are the advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science, the provision of recreational facilities, the advancement of citizenship and community development and the advancement of environmental protection or improvement. The grant enables SGLH to continue to provide independent advice on Inventory and non-Inventory sites when requested by local planning authorities, Forestry and Land Scotland and occasionally the Scottish Government and individuals.
