Blackie House Library and Museum
Saturday 11th March 2023 10.30am to 1.00pm
The visit to the Blackie House Library and Museum in the Old Town of Edinburgh presents the opportunity to be guided through a choice group of books, manuscripts, prints and photographs on horticulture and garden design, all selected by Dr William Zachs, the Director. Within the intimate setting of an historic 17th-century tenement, we will share in Bill’s passion for collecting, studying and sharing and story-telling, learning more about Scotland’s landscape, garden and botanical heritage. Refreshments will be served and are included in the admission fee.
Venue: Blackie House Library and Museum, Lawnmarket, Lady Stair’s Close Edinburgh
Cost: £15.00 for SGLH members £20.00 for non-members.
