SGLH were consulted by Scottish Borders Council regarding a planning application proposing a single storey extension to an existing dwelling adjacent to Harcus Farm complex located within the Portmore designed landscape GDL00318 included in the Inventory of Gardens and Designed Landscapes in Scotland and therefore assessed by Historic Environment Scotland to be of National significance.  You can read our full response here.
