SGLH submitted a response to North Lanarkshire Council following an application (Permission in Principle) for a residential development south of Bedlay Castle, Cumbernauld Road, near Chryston.  You can read SGLH’s response here.

North Lanarkshire Council recommendation was to refuse the application due to it being contrary to the greenbelt policies in NPF4 and to Policies EDQ1 & 3 in that the proposed access arrangements are considered to be unsafe.  You can read the decision notice here.
