SGLH recently submitted a response to The City of Edinburgh Council in relation to an application for the selective demolition, adaption, extension and upgrading of a Class 4 office building, demolition of car park and ancillary buildings and proposed development of residential accommodation with associated landscaping, parking and infrastructure.  This concerns the partial removal of Dame Silva Crowe’s work at the Scottish Widows office building by architects Spence, Glover and Ferguson between 1972-76 which represents the largest example of her work in Scotland.  You can read our full response here.
